Roffey Park survey shows high employee engagment at the insurer

Groupama Insurances' employee engagement has scored highly in a Roffey Park Institute survey.

The report, entitled 'The Human Voice of Employee Engagement - Understanding what lies beneath the surveys', looks at factors that help create employee engagement.

Groupama was one of four case studies included in the report.

Roffey Park researchers conducted focus groups with Groupama employees, assessed how engaged Groupama employees were and what strategies were in place to support and grow engagement.

Jordan O’Connor, talent and resourcing manager for Groupama Insurances, said: “Employee engagement is rooted in Groupama’s values and vision so we were delighted to take part in this study. It has not only enabled us to benchmark ourselves against other businesses but has highlighted opportunities for further improvement. It is certainly very pleasing to have this external validation of the work we have done to make ourselves a preferred employer and to contribute towards making Groupama Insurances a great place to work.”
