New insurance cover for student tenants
Endsleigh has launched a new insurance policy for landlords.
The updated policy includes 120 days un-occupancy cover for student tenants.
Endsleigh product Manager, Vikki Jefferies, said: “Endsleigh prides itself on understanding the needs of landlords and tenants, whether they’re students or working professionals.
"We are dedicated to supporting landlords by offering a marketing leading and specialised package. It is crucial that any landlord renting a property, for students or non student tenants, insures their property."
