Equity Insurance Group has been ranked in the top 20 of Britain's mid-market companies in a recent Sunday Times survey.
It entered 'Top Track 250' at number 11; ahead of privately owned household names such as NCP, Selfridges and Telegraph Group. Equity entered the league table for the first time with annual sales approaching £333m.
Top Track 250 ranks Britain's biggest middle-market private companies, based on sales in their latest accounts.
