Three-year deal affects more than a million customers

Esure has appointed Autoglass as its preferred glass supplier.

The three-year agreement will give Autoglass’s services to more than a million Esure and Sheilas’ Wheels customers.

Autoglass sales director André May said: “Importantly, Esure can rely on us to provide a positive claims experience, leading to higher policyholder recruitment and retention rates.”

Esure head of claims Sue Inglis said: “Autoglass is renowned for having very high standards of installation, aftercare and customer service in our industry.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
