Insurers and brokers can now create and distribute company-branded documents thanks to ESL-Recital, a new document generation package from Eurobase Systems.
It ensures that all written communication, in whatever medium required, is consistent with corporate style and regulatory compliance requirements.
A document designer tool that provides reusable templates and an interface within the system also enables consumers to request documents. These can be distributed via paper, fax, email and the internet.
Eurobase technical director Alastair Mair said: "Many organisations have tremendous difficulty integrating their data with desktop word processing applications. This is where ESL-Recital comes into its own."
