If we can make our insurer and broker partners more successful, they will deepen the relationship they have with their customers and ultimately grow their businesses. As our partners succeed, we also benefit.

Through introducing a progressive learning and development (L&D) programme for our partners, they develop their professional skill sets and create opportunities for customers through convenient payments - this is a win-win-win for all parties.

What do you think makes your entry stand out or different from your competition?

Our training courses provide numerous opportunities to enhance and develop our attendees’ professional capabilities, helping them to serve their customers better.

We provide training to approximately 3,000 partners, through channels like face-to-face, virtual and - more recently - video learning.

Our target was to initially train 5,600 industry professionals. We have exceeded that target by so far training a total of 5,875 people - 99.6% of delegates’ expectations were met or exceeded.

We also provide learning internally for our contact centre staff, to provide knowledge that enables them to further support our partners.

We are delighted with the positive feedback received from our partners and the benefits the training has generated for customers and partners.

What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Winning this prestigious award would endorse the progress we’ve made in providing market-leading professional development opportunities as we strive to be the UK and Ireland’s insurance premium finance provider of choice.
