Eight firms are competing to win the Excellence in Professional Development prize at the 2022 Insurance Times Awards
Ahead of 2022’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held at the glamorous Grosvenor House Hotel on 8 December, Insurance Times can reveal that eight firms have been shortlisted in the Excellence in Professional Development category.
This category is designed to recognise insurance firms’ investment in training, talent retention and employee development. Judges are looking for tangible and measurable benefits for employees, business partners and customers.
The shortlisted finalists in this category are:

- Ageas - Eve Underwriting Development Programme.
- Allianz Insurance.
- Horwich Farrelly.
- Premium Credit.
- Sedgwick.
- Zing365.
- Zurich.
On the awards night itself, guests will be able to enjoy a champagne reception, delicious three course dinner and an afterparty in the Grosvenor House Hotel’s opulent Great Room.
Attendees will also be able to network throughout the evening, with colleagues, peers, industry thought leaders and - of course - the Insurance Times team. The black tie event is set to be one to remember.
