Four firms are up for the Excellence in Professional Development - New Talent award at this year’s Insurance Times Awards

Ahead of 2022’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held at the glamourous Grosvenor House Hotel on 8 December 2022, Insurance Times can reveal that four firms have been shortlisted in the Excellence in Professional Development - New Talent category.

This category is designed to recognise a company’s investment in staff training, as firms seek to attract new talent and develop existing employees.

The awards event itself is set to be an opulent black tie evening, kicking off with a champagne reception. Guests will also be able to enjoy a delicious three course dinner as well as an after party where they can dance the night away.

The evening provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate best practice across the industry, while also facilitating networking with peers, colleagues and industry thought leaders.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
