Customer experience insights company Directexcellence has launched an initiative to reward excellent service. The Directexcellence Contact Centre Agent of the Month award is designed to encourage quality customer service within the insurance sector. The agent of the month, selected by Directexcellence mystery callers, will be the best example of contact agent encountered in the industry that month.

Nominations will be scrutinised and a shortlist submitted for final judging.

Directexcellence will also make an annual award, Best of the Best, in 2006.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
