Unregulated company posing as AXA Isle of Man

AXA Insurance

The FCA has issued a warning against dealing with a company calling itself AXA Isle of Man.

The company is using the name of authorised firm AXA Group, but has no association whatsoever with the insurer.

AXA Isle of Man has a Chinese phone number and the website www.fxaxa.co.uk, and is not authorised to carry out regulated activity in the UK. Email addresses the copy-cat firm has used include support@fxaxa.com and market@fxaxa.com.

“If you are an investor, you should be aware that the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme are not available if you deal with an unauthorised company or individual,” the FCA said in a statement.

The website of the real AXA Isle of Man is www.axa-iom.co.im.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
