Pavilion moves into profit
Pavilion Insurance Network reported a pre-tax profit of £350,000 in 2006 compared to a pre-tax loss of £59,600 in the year before.

Ecclesiastical makes £77m
Ecclesiastical reported a pre-tax profit of £77.1m in 2006. The company produced an underwriting profit of £27m and a combined ratio of 88.5%.

Hardy doubles profits
Lloyd's insurer Hardy Under-writing saw profits more than double last year to £16.8m compared to £7.5m in 2005. The combined ratio was 76.9%.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
