Healthcare solutions provider FirstAssist has formed a partnership with Premier Occupational Healthcare, to provide a national network of occupational health solutions to employers.
FirstAssist group finance director Swag Mukerji will join Premier's board as a non-executive director.
FirstAssist chief executive Tim Ablett described the deal as "exciting and important" for the company. He said occupational health services formed a core element of FirstAssist's offering.
The deal will increase the occupational health skills and competence within the group, he added. FirstAssist has also appointed Mark Howard to the post of group rehabilitation director.
