Claims trouble-shooter makes three appointments
Claims troubleshooter FitzGerald Consulting has spread has made appointed Clive Munnings, Gary Paton, David Rogers and Rob Sinclair as senior consultants.
FitzGerald intends that these appointments will do much to support the growth anticipated by the company in the short to medium term.
Clive Munnings has joined FitzGerald from a major insurer where he had a career specialising in catastrophic personal injury claims.
Specialising in Liability and Casualty, Audit and Review, Paton joined the company following a career spanning 35 years in senior management in the loss adjusting sector both in the UK and internationally. He was recently involved in a major US pharmaceutical litigation.
Rogers, has 30 years’ experience of handling litigated insurance claims and was formerly a partner with Davies Arnold Cooper and Davies Lavery.
Rogers specialises in product liability, personal injury and disease claims, PI and construction industry losses.
Rob Sinclair recently led a major motor claims audit managing a combined UK/Italian audit team focusing on large loss/injury cases. He joined FitzGerald following 35 years’ experience in Company Market Claims Management.
Rob’s expertise is in the field of Motor, Personal Lines, Personal Injury and litigation support. Also technical and compliance audits, restructuring programmes, process re-engineering and resource management.
