The Folgate Partnership has announced the acquisition of Duncan Pocock (Holdings). It said the new business, which retains the Duncan Pocock brand, will become a regional hub for its operations because of its position as one of the largest independent brokers in the South-East.

This follows the purchase of Leeds-based Smithson Mason Group, which was bought in April this year.
