Folgate Partnership has farmed out compliance services for its Masterplan brokers to consultants Robin Wood Associates (RWA).
Commenting on the deal, Folgate chief executive Andy Homer said: “We came to the conclusion that providing vital compliance support to Masterplan brokers could be more effectively managed by a specialist consultancy.”
Jim Dart, senior Masterplan compliance consultant will join RWA as part of the deal, and will head up the future management and development of the account.
