AXA Insurance will offer 300 of its brokers a free training support system.
The web-based programme aims to make training more affordable. Intermediaries can use AXA Campus to complete courses online or via email on topics such as money laundering, health and safety, sales and human resources.
Since its launch last month, 200 brokers have been given access to the site. A further 100 technical courses will be added in the next year.
AXA will also run a series of broker training clubs to allow groups of intermediaries to pay lower rates for courses. The classroom-based programmes cater for a minimum of ten people and start from £80 per person.
