The Financial Services National Training Organisation (FSNTO) has been awarded a contract to provide a training scheme accreditation service on behalf of the General Insurance Standards Council (GISC).
The FSNTO will assist GISC members in the development of their training and education programmes and accredit in-house training schemes.
The GISC's rules on competence and training place the requirement on all members to ensure their staff are appropriately trained and maintain a level of competence.
