GAB Robins North America has set up Catastrophe Operations Bases in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina in preparation for the projected landfall of Hurricane Frances.
The loss adjuster confirmed that bases had been established in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta,Charleston and Myrtle Beach.
GAB Robins London Market Director James Rayner said: “Severe damage is anticipated from the possibly Category 4 Hurricane. GAB Robins UK has a pool of experienced adjusters on standby to work with our US Operations and Associates throughout the Caribbean. An initial team will arrive in the Bahamas this weekend."
