Gab Robins has launched a new online portfolio of claims knowledge management solutions called Eye.

Eye is designed to give customers immediate access to claims data, bespoke reports, information analysis and trends. They will be available through a web-based portal that will be customised to meet the reporting needs of each user. Eye was developed with Cognos, the world's biggest enterprise business intelligence company.

GAB Robins chief executive Clive Nicholls said that, in the past 12 months, the company had managed about £650m of indemnity spend in the UK and £8bn worldwide on behalf of its customers.

By using Eye, customers can track this spend and gain extra knowledge through the analytical tools available.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
