Stephen Barwell appointed head of business operations
Giles Insurance has appointed Stephen Barwell as head of business operations.
Barwell has joined from Lockton, where he was head of business operations for their risks solutions business.
Giles chief operating officer Simon Pearce said: “Stephen’s experience in this business-critical area will be invaluable in helping to develop the group’s processes to deliver best practice, increase efficiency and improve profitability.”
Barwell said: “I am delighted to start working for Giles at an exciting time in their journey. I hope to use my insurance and operational knowledge, alongside Giles’s current expertise, to further improve the way we do business and to allow us to continue our top line revenue growth whilst ensuring we do this as profitably as possible.”
