The GISC has appointed a new head of monitoring to replace Steve Barrow, who left the insurance regulator for the Football Association.
Douglas Oliver has joined the GISC from AXA, after 30 years with the insurer in various senior management positions.
Oliver said he would be concentrating on corrective action taken by members to ensure they maintain GISC standards.
