Goodhealth Worldwide, an international health insurer, has launched an on-line claims tracking facility for its Premiere Healthcare Plan (PHP) policyholders.
Goodhealth's PHP is a product for expatriates in France, who can now log on to a website and get real-time access to claims payments, top-up reimbursements and other personal data.
Goodhealth's managing director for Europe, Andrew Apps, said: "It's a breakthrough for claims administration for expatriates in France. Our Premiere clients can now follow the exact progress of their claims...as a result all the mysteries of the French top-up system suddenly become very easy to grasp.
"Our expatriate clients are very open to online services because it makes their lives easier. That is why we are developing a range of web-based initiatives to make medical claims transactions easier to understand and more transparent," he added.
