Healthcare provider Goodhealth Worldwide has completed its reorganisation programme with the installation of a new management structure.

Goodhealth is hoping that the changes will improve its service quality to brokers and policyholders by speeding turnaround times for policy issues.

The healthcare provider has reorganised its broker support unit in a bid to develop new markets.

Martin Garcia has also been appointed as the new managing director, while Linda Gerlach has joined the European underwriting unit.

Goodhealth managing director Martin Garcia said: "The European market is critical to our future development plans.

"The work we have been doing in the region over the past few months is now delivering the service infrastructure we need to take our European business forward rapidly."
