Groupama appoints corporate claims director

Groupama has appointed Darren Wills as corporate claims director.

Wills, formerly head of claims development, will be based in Groupama’s claims centre in Port Solent. He reports to Groupama managing director Laurent Matras.

He will be responsible for claims development, all technical claims teams and the counter-fraud team.

Matras said: “It is a key part of our strategy to reposition our claims handling skills in line with our continuing move into specialist markets. Darren’s proven skills, leadership qualities and commitment made him the ideal candidate for this new role.”
