Halifax has scooped three awards for its internet services at the Your Money Direct Awards.
The bank won awards for its online home and contents and travel insurance products, as well as for its credit card service. The awards were judged by a panel of the magazine's readers, who looked at a range of criteria, including web site design, clarity of information, ease of navigation and speed of response.
Halifax launched its interactive household insurance site a year ago. The number of customers now purchasing the product has increased five fold over the last six months.
