Allianz Cornhill's Lloyd and Chris Hanks appear to have more in common than a fetching pair of moustaches.
Research by a distant relative has revealed that the two ARE in fact related to each other, and to America's most famous assassinated President, Abraham Lincoln, no less.
Their lineage apparently joins up in 19th century Kentucky through their ancestor Lucy Hanks.
Lucy's daughter Nancy married Thomas Lincoln, and produced the future president. But he had only a beard. He was assasinated by John Wilkes Booth who had a moustrache.
