Health & Case Management Limited (HCML) has appointed a former Marsh executive as business development director.
Welch spent time at the Marsh Ney York office before transferring to the UK five years ago. In the UK he headed up Marsh's employers liability practice.
He joins HMCL's board with immediate effect and will be responsible for its sales team and business development.
