Bayliss & Cooke will become one of the largest brokers in Staffordshire when it completes the purchase of Heath Lambert's Stoke commercial operations.
Under the deal, Heath Lambert's Stoke-based staff will move to Bayliss & Cooke.
Heath Lambert will provide a number of services to Bayliss & Cooke including financial services, risk management support, and placement facilities.
