Heritage has announced the completion of its management buy-out.
The management team bought the business in 2001 from a consortium of European airlines headed by KLM, SAS and Swissair.
This initial buy-out was achieved with support from Hiscox, a significant client of the group through its Guernsey subsidiary. The management team has now bought out Hiscox and acquired complete ownership of the group.
Both the airlines and Hiscox continue as key group clients.
