Lloyd's insurer says proposal 'undervalues' company
Heritage Underwriting Agency has confirmed that it had received an approach regarding a possible offer for the company.
In a statement to the Stock Exchange, the Lloyd's insurer said it had considered the indicative proposal and communicated to the potential offeror that the price contained within the proposal significantly undervalues the Company.
Heritage has not entered into talks with the potential offeror.
