London Market IT consultant Roger Foord was put in his place at Balls Brothers, near Lloyd's, recently.
Foord was attempting to buy a glass of wine at his usual watering hole, but was frustrated by the lack of staff behind the bar. Undeterred, Foord crept behind the bar and began pouring his own drink.
To his surprise, instead of being angry, one barmaid sat down, put her feet up and began drinking.
"If Roger can do my job, I can do his," she said.
