Hiscox has announced an agreement with XL London Market (XLLM) to take on the renewal rights of XLLM's Denham Direct book of professional liability business.
Hiscox Insurance Company managing director Sian Fisher said: "Building on our recent partnership with Saturn Underwriting, this latest deal further demonstrates our commitment to expand our book of SME professionals.
"We are delighted to be able to work with the brokers of the Denham business and are confident that our reputation for excellent customer service and specialist expertise will be of real benefit to them."
XLLM said it welcomed the deal which "ensures continuity for as many of Denham's existing policyholders as possible."
Clients and brokers currently working with Denham Direct Underwriters Ltd on professional liability insurances will be contacted directly by Denham and Hiscox within the next few days.
