Survey finds home insurance renewals the least understood
Home insurance renewals top a poll of the most confusing documents householders receive through the post according to Gocompare.com causing 24% of people to allow the policy to automatically renew.
Hayley Parsons, chief executive of Gocompare.com commented, "The language used and the technical nature of renewal documents make them a less than compelling read.”
