Property agents to benefit from FirstAssist legal resources
FirstAssist Legal Protection will provide comprehensive suite of legal resources to thousands of property agents in the wake of a deal signed with HomeLet, the UK provider of specialist products and services to letting agents.
As part of its PremierPlus package for agents, HomeLet will provide access to FirstAssist Legal Protection’s BusinessCare solution.
Launched in May last year, BusinessCare is a toolkit enabling owners of small businesses unlimited access to high quality and practical legal resources, applicable to all aspects of their business, and at a fraction of the cost of hiring a solicitor.
HomeLet provides specialist products and services to letting agents, and boasts relationships with many of the UK’s leading residential lettings and property management businesses.
By including BusinessCare in its PremierPlus package, HomeLet is providing access to unparalleled legal support and an unrivalled service for its customers.
Legal requirements are becoming increasingly complex, time consuming and expensive for businesses and running a compliant operation is becoming harder and harder.
Research shows that around half of the UK’s SME market needs to call in legal help at the cost of £1.4bn annually. BusinessCare is the antidote to that for these firms.
BusinessCare takes the pain out of meeting legal and compliance obligations and gives companies the confidence to concentrate on their day-to-day operations.
Searchable up to date legal information is available at the click of a mouse. The answer to any question is at the end of a phone, and when action is needed there is an easy to use document creation tool, to make the process easy and efficient.
FirstAssist has traditionally offered BusinessCare as part of an insurance package. However it is increasingly looking to work with partners and offer it to their customers as an added benefit.
