Estate agents Countrywide Assured Group has launched Chain Protector designed to protect consumers during the house buying process.
The policy is underwritten by Link and managed by financial services consultancy R3.
Chain Protector has an overall sum insured of £75,000 and cover features additional transportation costs, loss of deposit and additional costs of marketing the property in the event of the property sale falling through.
