The Hospital Saving Association (HSA) is using England's injury plight to highlight the benefits of a healthcare cashplan.
The marketing move is designed to reduce the millions of pounds paid out in physiotherapy claims.
Last year, the average claim exceeded £80 and according to HSA, this equated to approximately three sessions with a physiotherapist including the initial consultation.
An HSA spokeswoman said: "Those concerned about the cost of physiotherapy, should consider a healthcare cashplan."
Based on a contribution of £3.60 per week, a family of four can claim back cash up to a maximum of £230 per person.
