Insurer offers investment in renewable energy technology
Scottish Enterprise wants to make Insurance Australia Group (IAG) an investment partner to secure IAG’s offered £5m investment in Midlothian wind turbine firm Renewable Devices, the Times reports.
Neil Ross, head of Scottish Enterprise’s Scottish Venture Fund said: “I’m keen to discuss the possibility of Insurance Australia Group becoming a Scottish Enterprise investment partner, which would help the company secure Insurance Australia Group as its private sector investor, with Scottish Enterprise co-investing alongside.”
