Barnett and Barnett has doubled its size after acquiring a controlling stake in broker NBJ.
IAG UK, which owns Barnett and Barnett, is aiming to make the business a mini-consolidator.
Barnett and Barnett’s acquisition of commercial and personal lines broker NBJ will expand gross written premium to around £50m.
