Met Office warning after sub-freezing temperatures ice roads
The Met office is warning that temperatures as low as -8C during the night will cause ice problems for travellers today. It also warned of further snow until Sunday in many parts of the country.
None of its current warnings were at its most severe level, which they were for yesterday’s snow.
