The Institute of Financial Services is to host a masterclass discussing ways to make use of the FSA's initiative Treating Customers Fairly to a strategic advantage.
The group said the “masterclass will provide brokers with a participative, practical and business-focused approach to one of the key topics of the year, in order to deepen their understanding and stimulate them to consider the range of options available”.
The masterclass is being held at the Association of British Insurers, 51 Gresham Street, London, on Tuesday 22 November.
