Independent insurance is hoping to strike the right chord as sponsors of the world famous Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for the sixth year running.

The insurer has pledged £250,000 for the 2000/2001 season.

“Our association with the RPO gets stronger and stronger,” said chief executive Michael Bright.

“The best sponsorships create a special chemistry and I believe our agreement with the orchestra has opened up many new opportunities for both of us.”

This year's events programme includes the Christmas concert at the Barbican Centre and a performance of the Buster Keaton film, The General, at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham, where the orchestra will provide the live soundtrack.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
