Bright, Condon and Lomas guilty of conspiracy to defraud
Michael Bright, the former chief executive of Independent Insurance, has been found guilty of conspiracy to defraud.
Philip Condon, the company's former managing director, and Dennis Lomas, Independent's former finance director, were also found guilty of conspiracy to defraud.
Bright and Lomas were each found guilty on two counts of conspiracy to defraud, while Condon was found guilty on one count of conspiracy to defraud.
