AA Insurance is delighted to have the honour of being this year's Personal Lines Broker of the Year. This award reflects the hard work of our staff, insurance partners, outsource partners and management team in achieving the stretching goals we set ourselves.
Next year will be our 40th anniversary and during the preceeding 39 years we have become one of the foremost intermediaries in the country, being among the leading providers of private motor, building and contents insurance.
In addition, we have built on our close relationship with the AA Roadside business to drive substantial cross sales for both businesses.
We have achieved this while remaining true to our original principles to maximise the benefit of our broking model, to utilise staff in UK call centres and provide a great working environment.
Over the year, we have dramatically changed our customer offering to include motorcycle, commercial vehicle, small commercial packages and term life. This will enable us to drive forward to greater success in the next few years.
The strides the business has made are reflected in the increased number of customers who buy from us and stay with us.
Over 2 million policyholders now place their business with us and we never lose sight of the need to place them at the centre of all we do.
