Assistant editor Saxon East comments on high-risk postcodes
Insurance Times assistant editor Saxon East appeared on yesterday's (19 January) The One Show to comment on insurers blacklisting motor customers in high-risk postcodes.
The show highlighted the story of a pensioner, with a good claims history, living in Tottenham, N15, who was barred from taking out private motor cover by an insurer because North London was deemed too risky.
The One Show investigated the pensioner's case, asking how and why this is happening.
