The annual Insurance Times’ survey of insurers’ service to brokers has begun and we need your views.
Tell us what you think of the quality of service provided by the UK’s top general insurers and what they need to do to improve and provide you — and your clients — with a better service.
This year we have also expanded the survey to cover personal lines insurers. And for the first time we are using the survey to determine the winners of Insurance Times’ prestigious Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year, Personal Lines Insurer of the Year and General Insurer of the Year awards.
