Invicta on the acquisition trail with other deals lined up
Invicta Insurance Services is set to buy the general insurance portfolio of Wiltshire-based Keith Montgomery Insurance Services.
On 1 May Invicta will also take control of the commercial and motor portfolios of Fountain Insurance & Investment Services.
Fountain's home and property owners' portfolios will be rolled into Invicta in 12 months time.
These acquisitions will add more than 2,500 customers and add more than £1m GWP to Invicta.
