The National Campaign Against Insurance Premium Tax claims that Chancellor Gordon Brown will increase insurance tax in order to boost spending on the National Health Service.
The lobbying group says that Brown should avoid increasing IPT in the April budget because this year's increased premiums are generating greater returns to the Treasury already.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
