Ian Cohen has background in media and financial services
Jardine Lloyd Thompson has appointed Ian Cohen as UK chief Information Officer (CIO) with immediate effect.
Cohen was most recently the chief information officer at Associated Newspapers, and previously held leadership roles at the Financial Times and Lloyds TSB .
Mike Methley, chief operations officer of JLT management services, says: "This new role demonstrates JLT's ongoing commitment to and focus on the importance of IT for driving our business forward and providing excellent client service.
"Ian has had an extensive career in technology leadership working both in financial services and the media industry and brings to JLT considerable experience of technology transformation and delivery."
