Construction specialist Kerry London has completed the first of three acquisitions that is intended to boost its premium income by £15m.
The Isleworth-based broker acquired Watford-based AWR Insurance Services, effective 1 May.
AWR predominantly sells commercial lines insurance, specialising in hotel and property owners cover.
Kerry London director Paul Samways said AWR employs ten staff and has premium income of just under £5m.
Samways said Kerry London planned to create a new hub in AWR's Watford office and has two more acquisitions in the area pending, which would add another 70 staff and £10m in premium income to the business.
