Still glowing from being awarded the second best company to work for in Scotland by the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work for Survey, Kwik-Fit financial services unveiled its latest brainchild this week. Later this year it will open a £250,000 child care facility for its employees. Backchat notes that the location of the new facility is a former Kwik-Fit call centre. Are the young ones going to be trained to answer the company's calls?
